Whiskey River was born in 2022 and came out swinging with their modern country flare. Whiskey River is one of the fastest rising country cover bands in the Midwest. In less than 4 years Whiskey River has had HUGE milestones as they have embarked on their musical journey.
In 2023 Whiskey River was named winner of the Omaha Choice Awards for live band, a big accomplishment for the band in their first year out. In 2024, 2025, & 2026 the band was named 1st place winner by the Omaha Choice Awards for best live cover band and also named Omaha‘s Best winner for Local cover Band of 2025. Whiskey river was also nominated for the 2026 Arts and entertainment award for best cover band.  The success in less than 4 years Is something amazing for the country cover bands.
